Safety and usage instructions for the injector
1. maintain the specified fuel pressure
-
Working pressure: 0.5 to 2.0 bar
-
Maximum pressure: 3.5 bar
Note: If the injector is supplied with gas at a pressure of over 3.5 bar, this may result in the injector not opening properly, possibly causing the engine to stall.
2. use the specified peak and holding current
-
Peak current: 4 A
-
Holding current: 2 A
Warning: Continuous operation with currents above the specified values can have a negative effect on the service life of the injector.
3. preventing the ingress of impurities - mandatory use of a gas filter
To prevent impurities such as chips, oils or tar from entering the injector, the use of a gas filter is mandatory.
Note: Contamination can impair the flow control of the injector.
4 Mandatory leak test for rail installation during on-site installation
Please ensure that a leak test is carried out when installing the rail on site to avoid possible leaks.
5. prohibition of volatile substances for cleaning the injector
Only filtered air should be used for cleaning. Avoid using volatile substances such as WD40 for cleaning, as these can damage the rubber components of the injector, including the piston rubber seat and the O-rings.
