Technical specifications:
Loctite 638 is used for fastening various parts, but it is suitable directly for fastening face cylindrical parts. This fastener can harden in a joint size of up to 0.25 mm, while guaranteeing maximum strength and durability.
Hardening takes place precisely in the joint without air access, between two preferably metal surfaces. Due to its high resistance, it does not subsequently crack, loosen or leak, especially due to vibrations and shocks.
Specifically, you can use Loctite 638 to fasten bushings and sleeves in bodies and on shafts. The maximum operating temperature is 180 °C.
