A solar charger harvests energy from your solar panels and stores it in your batteries. Using the latest and fastest technology, BlueSolar maximises this energy harvesting and intelligently controls it to achieve full charge in the shortest possible time. BlueSolar maintains battery health and extends battery life.
Ultra-fast maximum power point tracking
By constantly monitoring the voltage and current output of your solar panels (PV), MPPT technology ensures that every drop of available energy is flushed out of your panels and extracted for storage.
Remote monitoring and control
Control and monitor the extensive functions of your BlueSolar MPPT charger remotely by attaching a Bluetooth dongle and pairing it with your smartphone or other device via VictronConnect. If your installation is connected to the internet, you can access the full power of your MPPT charger anytime, anywhere via the Victron Remote Management Portal (VRM); both services are free to use. For remote installations - even when there is no internet connection or phone signal nearby - you can monitor your MPPT through Bluetooth pairing with an optional Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) device.
Advanced maximum power point detection for partial shading
During partial shading, two or more maximum power points may be present on the power-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to settle on a local MPP, which may not be the optimal MPP. The innovative BlueSolar algorithm maximises energy production by always adjusting to the optimum MPP.
Comprehensive electronic protection
Overtemperature protection and power reduction at high temperatures. PV short-circuit and PV reverse polarity protection. PV reverse current protection.
