Whether in a motorhome, caravan, camper, food truck, boat or road construction, with our fuel gas cylinder your gas supply is covered cheaply, safely and sustainably!
CAMPKO gas cylinderwithout10-year test period thanks to67R-01! This gas cylinder can be refilled by a gas filling station all over Europe. The 80%fill stop valveautomatically stops the refuelling processwhen the cylinder isfilledto 24litres. In addition, a fill level indicatoron the bottle informs you of the current fill level. Refuelling is possible at any time!
The bottle collar can be easily removed by loosening 3 screws. The fastening pointson the bottom of the bottle provide additional support when mounting your bottle.
The refillable gas cylinders are supplied with an external refuellingconnection, a connection for simultaneous filling, and all refuelling adapters usedin Europe.
We also supply 3 m offilling line, whichcan be shortened without any problems depending on the installation situation. No pressing or similar!
On request, we also offer high-quality stainless steel wall brackets, adapters for rigid lines and gas filters. Please refer to the respective offer description for the exact scope of delivery.

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS
What do I have to consider before the first refuelling?
The refillable gas cylinders are tested for leaks with compressed air at the factory. The test pressure is then released. Therefore, the Withdrawal valve (hand wheel) should be opened before refuelling to release residual pressure and then closed again. However, a small amount of compressed air remains in the refillable gas cylinder. During the first refuelling, this causes an enormous coldness inside the tank. In exceptional cases, the float of the fill stop valve may ice up and not close in time. Therefore, never fill more than 24L into the bottle. Even with a two-bottle system, never refuel more than specified. During the refuelling process, keep an eye on the pump's running mechanism and stop it manually if necessary.
What are the differences between the bottles you offer?
The most important difference is the material. If weight is not an important factor for you, steel cylinders are the cheapest option for sustainable gas supply. If you absolutely want to get by with less additional weight, you should consider our ALUGAS or composite cylinders. You will find more details in the respective product description of the cylinders.
Is a certificate supplied with the cylinder?
A so-called tank pass is supplied with the cylinder, which certifies the 67R-01 approval of the cylinder.
What happens after 10 years?
Thanks to the 67R-01 approval, there is no 10-year inspection period for this cylinder.
What is the difference between the red and the black steel bottle?
The main difference is the 67R-01 approval of the black bottle. In addition, unlike the black cylinder, the red cylinder has no attachment points on the underbody. Apart from that, both bottles use different valve systems. While the red bottle is equipped with the conventional separate valves (80% fill stop valve, safety valve, tank gauge, Withdrawal valve), the black bottle works with the so-called multi-function valve, which combines all 4 functions in one valve.
Is the bottle allowed to lie down?
In order to be able to guarantee the function of the 80% fill stop and a gaseous withdrawal, the bottle must be mounted vertically.
How must the bottle be mounted?
If you are using the bottle with an external filling valve, thebottlemust be mounted securely inaccordance with G607. Please discuss your plans in advance with a specialist workshop, a G607 expert or the responsible testing organisation (TÜV/DEKRA/GTÜ/KÜS etc.).
Do I need an acceptance test?
After the cylinder has been permanently installed, an acceptance test by the responsible testing organisation is required.
Where is the nearest G607 expert in my area?
Depending on the region, we can help you find a G607 expert. Simply send us a message with your postcode using the contact form.
Where can I have the cylinder installed?
The cylinders should be installed by a specialist company. If you wish, we can arrange for the installation company in your area. Simply contact us via the contact form and tell us your postcode.
Can I fill up at any LPG filling station?
Once the installation has been approved, you can fill up at any filling station in Europe.
Which gas can be refuelled?
The so-called bottled gas from the conventional exchange bottles is basically no different from LPG, which you refuel on your own. Both gases are a mixture of propane and butane. Abroad, LPG is also called GLP or GPL.
Why are so many different sets offered?
We try to offer the right set for everyone. Therefore, please note the scope of delivery in the description of the respective set. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us via the contact form. A competent member of staff will help you with your question.
How does the thermal conductivity compare to a conventional steel exchange bottle?
As the material is the same as for an exchange bottle made of steel, an identical thermal conductivity and thus energy absorption is guaranteed.
Please note that the above information refers exclusively to the German G607 regulation. Guidelines of other test organisations or countries could not be considered by us. In any case, please contact your responsible testing organisation.
